What’s included in the 5 jobs/month?
Each job includes SolarVic Applications, Pre-approval/ Grid Connections, STC Job Creations/ Claiming and EWR/CCEW/ Alteration Applications. You send us the job, we handle the rest.
Can I submit more than 5 jobs per month?
Yes. You can purchase additional job credits anytime. Just note: credits don’t roll over month to month, so we recommend using your 5 per month consistently.
What do I need to provide when submitting a job?
We keep it simple: just upload the signed proposal, power bill (if needed), NMI, customer address, system specs, installer name, and install date. One file, one step and we’ll take it from there.
How long does each job take to process?
The turnaround is 24 hours. If you need something done same-day, that can be arranged but extra fees apply.
Who’s actually doing the admin?
Our trained offshore solar team with the same crew who supports our solar clients every day. They’re process-driven, detail-obsessed, and backed by Percy’s oversight and quality control.
Do I need to give you access to my STC or grid connect portals?
Yes. During onboarding, we’ll collect access to the portals you use, plus your key installer and business info. This is all securely stored and managed via your client portal.
What happens if I miss a detail when submitting a job?
We’ll flag it with you, but incomplete submissions won’t be processed until we have everything we need. This helps us keep things fast and accurate.
Can I track job progress?
Absolutely. Every job moves through our live job tracker: Submitted → In Progress → Lodged → Complete. You’ll also get updates via email or SMS, so you’re never left wondering.
What if I want a more hands-on package or regular support?
If you’ve got more than 10 installs/month or need extra support, check out our Packages or ask us about a custom setup. We’re flexible, but we keep it structured.
